The Shanghai Jita Semiconductor Co., Ltd. Special Process Production Line Construction Project is located in the Heavy Equipment Industrial Zone of Lingang in Pudong New Area, Shanghai. It covers an area of 230,000 square meters with a total investment of 35.9 billion yuan. The project aims to build an 8-inch production line with a monthly capacity of 60,000 wafers and a 12-inch special process production line with a capacity of 50,000 wafers. The products are mainly aimed at industrial control, automotive, power, and energy fields, significantly enhancing the core competitiveness and scale production capacity of China's power devices (IGBT), power management, sensors, and other chips. The construction scope includes the installation and commissioning of equipment such as audio-video conferencing systems and UPS uninterrupted power supply systems.
